Assignment Tool interface changes

The Assignment tool now has an extra text field: Submission, then Attach File, then Comments.

    When Assignments come across, they default as "unlimited submissions." Students can submit multiple times to the same assignment. All submissions are tagged by number and visible in the gradebook as distinct postings. This setting can be changed.
